Taylor C Alzaben, NP

Taylor Alzaben, MSN-FNP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who joined the Department of Urology at The GW Medical Faculty Associates in August 2022.

Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from James Madison University (2017). After graduating, she was a burn/trauma nurse for over four years. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from The George Washington University School of Nursing in 2022. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Taylor works with the physicians in the Department of Urology to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
