Samuel Schueler, MD

Samuel A. Schueler, MD is a Gastroenterologist and an Assistant Professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences.He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Maryland and National Institutes of Health combined Clinical Scholars Program, where his research was largely focused on rare genetic diseases predisposing patients to gastrointestinal cancers.

His clinical practice is in general gastroenterology and hepatology. His research focuses on gastrointestinal malignant and pre-malignant conditions, and disorders of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel and colon. He has published numerous articles and abstracts and has presented at national conferences. He is a member of several national gastroenterology societies.
