Rohit Jain, MD

Rohit Jain, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology. Dr. Jain completed his basic Medical Degree MBBS from The Medical College Kolkata, India. Subsequently, he went on to pursue post graduate training through Internal Medicine Residency and further Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse NY USA.

Dr. Jain is American Board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology and was previously practicing as a consultant Endocrinologist.

His areas of interest include Diabetes, Obesity, Thyroid, Adrenal Disorders and Metabolic Bone Disease.

His patient care philosophy is based on "do no harm first"; he believes in empowering patients through education to help them make informed decisions about their health.
