Kandace L Thomas, CNM

Kandace Thomas, CNM, MSN is a Certified Nurse Midwife with the Medical Faculty Associates.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology at St. Mary's College of Maryland, where an advisor first introduced her to the art that is midwifery. She completed her midwifery training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon completing midwifery school, Kandace returned home to the Washington, D.C. area to practice. She is honored to have served women in both in and out of hospital settings. Her passion lies in providing evidence based care and meeting each woman where she is.

In addition to midwifery, Kandace holds special interests in reducing health disparities in underserved populations, global health, and integrating functional medicine into her existing practice.
